Ingredientes
500 gr de Pasta corta
3 unidades de Bisteck de lomito
2 Cdas de Salsa de Tomate
Sal
Aceite
1 cubito
Vinagre blanco
Mantequilla
Salsa inglesa
Salsa de Soya
Ingredients

Paso 1: Se coloca una olla con agua aproximadamente para 1/2 kilo o 500 gr de pasta . Al hervir se le agrega sal al gusto , se echa la pasta y se mueve para evitar que se pegue. Se mueve constantemente hasta que se cocine al dente.

Paso 2: Una vez lista la pasta se lleva al fuego medio una olla se agrega 1 cda de mantequilla, 1/2 cubito, 2cdas de Salsa , 1/2 taza de agua que reserve de la pasta. Se dejar hervir hasta que espese un poco . Luego se retira del fuego , se le añade la pasta cocida y se mueve hasta unir la pasta con la salsa cocida.

Paso 3:Se lleva la sartén a precalentar a fuego medio . Una vez caliente se agrega aceite y luego se llevan a freír los bistec previamente sazonados con salsa de soya, salsa inglesa, vinagre y el 1/2 cubito restante. Se voltean varias veces por ambos lados se le agrega el líquido de sobrante de la sazón. Se tapa y deja cocinar a fuego bajo hasta que seque un poco . No deje que se seque por completo porque perderá su jugo .

Paso 4: Se procede a montar el plato. Adornado con una flor realizada por mi de zanahoria y una ramitas de ajo chino. Se le agrega por encima de plato ya listo ajo chino picadito.
