4 Eggs
5 clove of garlic
Parsley
English sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic sauce

Preparación:
Se coloca en una sartén a fuego medio. Se incorpora un poquito de aceite y cuando esté caliente se le incorpora el ajo , los champiñones picados, el perejil, las salsas, el adobo al gusto. Se deja rehogar por 5 minutos removiendo los ingredientes.

Y aquí ya tenemos una rica y deliciosa tortilla de champiñones. Se puede acompañar con arroz blanco y tajadas, como yo lo hice en mi foto de portada.
