Hola a toda la comunidad de Hive, hoy les vengo con otra receta fácil de hacer, y eso es una pizza en el sartén con pocos ingredientes. Así hará de tus comidas mucho más divertidas. Estoy bastante emocionada con esta receta porque realmente me encanta la pizza, diría que es una de mis comidas favoritas, así que les compartiré esta manera sencilla de hacerlas.

I'm pretty excited about this recipe because I really love pizza, I would say it's one of my favorite foods, so I'll share with you this simple way to make it.

  • 2 tazas de harina de trigo
  • Levadura o polvo para hornear
  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • Yeast or baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Salsa para pizza
  • Queso
  • Jamón
  • Tomate
  • Orégano
  • Pizza sauce
  • Cheese
  • Ham
  • Tomato
  • Oregano

PASO A PASO

STEP BY STEP

Primero, mezclamos todos los ingredientes para la harina y amasamos hasta que ya no se pegue a los dedos, luego dejamos reposar la harina de 30 minutos a 1 hora. Hasta que quede inflada y suave.

First, mix all the ingredients for the flour and knead until it no longer sticks to your fingers, then let the flour rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Until it is puffy and soft.

Luego dividimos la masa, puede ser en dos o tres pedazos, dependiendo del tamaño que quieras o de cuantas pizzas quieras hacer.

Then we divide the dough, it can be in two or three pieces, depending on the size you want or how many pizzas you want to make.

Después procederemos a estirar nuestra masa. Puedes utilizar un rodillo, o en tal caso de no tenerlo también podría servir una botella grande.

Then we will proceed to stretch our dough. You can use a rolling pin, or if you don't have one, a large bottle can also be used.

Ya con la masa totalmente estirada podremos ponerlo en el sartén. Antes de esto primero debes medir el tamaño de tu sartén para que el pedazo de masa quede justo en el sartén.

Once the dough is completely stretched we can put it in the pan. Before doing this you must first measure the size of your pan so that the piece of dough fits right in the pan.

Luego pondremos a calentar un poco la base de la masa de 5 a 10 minutos.

Al haber pasado los 10 minutos le damos vuelta a la masa y proseguiremos a ponerle los ingredientes. Por supuesto aparte de los ingredientes que puse también puedes agregarles algunos otros a tu gusto.

After 10 minutes we turn the dough over and continue adding the ingredients. Of course, apart from the ingredients I put in the dough, you can also add some other ingredients to your liking.

Luego de haber puesto todos tus ingredientes le pondrás la tapa y lo dejarás cocinando de 15 a 20 minutos con la intensidad de calor baja.

After adding all your ingredients, put the lid on and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat.

¡Y listo! Luego de 20 minutos podrás servirte tu rica pizza. Todo hecho en poco tiempo.
