Muy buenas tardes tengan todos mis amigos @foodies, una vez mas por aquí con todos ustedes compartiendo hoy un rico almuerzo que deguste al lado de mi familia, ahora quiero compartir la preparación de mi paso a paso con todos ustedes como es un arroz mixto super rico, nutritivo y con mucha proteínas.
Very good afternoon to all my friends @foodies, once again here with all of you sharing today a delicious lunch that I enjoyed with my family, now I want to share the preparation of my step by step with all of you as it is a super rich, nutritious and high protein mixed rice.

Ingredientes:
- 300kg de carne.
- 300kg de pollo.
- 3 salchichas.
- 500g de arroz blanco.
- 1 zanahoria.
- 2 ramitas de perejil.
- 1 cebolla mediana.
- cubito.
- Una 2 cuchadas medianas de aceite.
- sal al gusto.
Ingredients:
- 300kg of meat.
- 300kg of chicken.
- 3 sausages.
- 500g of white rice.
- 1 carrot.
- 2 sprigs of parsley.
- 1 medium onion.
- cube.
- 2 medium spoonfuls of oil.
- salt to taste.

Paso 1
Empezaremos picando el pollo, la carne y la salchichas en pequeños trozos. Colocamos un salten agregamos dos cucharadas de aceite y agregamos la carne para se vaya cocinando a fuego lento.
Step 1
We start by chopping the chicken, the meat and the sausages in small pieces. Place a sauté pan, add two tablespoons of oil and add the meat to cook over low heat.

Paso 2
Mientras se sofríe la carne a fuego lento, picaremos la cebolla, la zanahoria y el perejil.

Paso 3
Cuando nuestra carne este medio sofrita, agregaremos la cebolla y dejamos cocinar 5 minutos hasta que la cebolla este medio doradita, después agregaremos el pollo y la salchichas ya picadas y dejamos 5 minutos mas de cocción.
Step 3
When our meat is half sautéed, add the onion and let it cook for 5 minutes, until the onion is half browned, then add the chicken and sausages already chopped and let it cook for 5 more minutes.

Paso 4
Ahora, agregamos la zanahoria, el perejil revolvemos, colocamos dos tazas de agua, y agregamos el cubito y un poco de sal al gusto dejamos cocinar 10 minutos.

Now, add the carrot, the parsley, stir, add two cups of water, and add the cube and a little salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes.

Paso 5
Una vez el guiso este listo, agarramos una olla, colocamos tres tazas de arroz, lo lavamos, luego lo colocamos a fuego medio, agregamos el guiso y añadiremos tres tazas de agua y dejamos cocinar durante 10 minutos y ya nuestro rico y nutritivo arroz mixto esta listo para servir y degustar.
Step 5
Once the stew is ready, take a pot, place three cups of rice, wash it, then place it over medium heat, add the stew and add three cups of water and let it cook for 10 minutes and our rich and nutritious mixed rice is ready to serve and taste.
