Buenos días tenga a toda mi comunidad de @foodies, me es grato compartir este rico almuerzo que deguste al lado de mi familia y quiero compartirla con todos ustedes que también son parte de familia, Hoy prepare un rico guiso de chuleta de cerdo con salsa de tomate natural, sin nada de condimentos solo sal al gusto. Aquí presento mi paso a paso de mi preparación un menú super exquisito como es la chuleta de cerdo.

Good morning to all my community of @foodies, I am pleased to share this delicious lunch that I enjoyed with my family and I want to share it with all of you who are also part of my family. Today I prepared a delicious pork chop stew with natural tomato sauce, without any seasoning, just salt to taste. Here I present my step by step of my preparation of a super exquisite menu as is the pork chop.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 chuletas de cerdo grandes.
  • 2 papas medianas.
  • 2 tomates grandes bien maduros.
  • 1 zanahoria.
  • 1 cebolla mediana.
  • 5 dientes de ajo.
  • Sal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large pork chops.
  • 2 medium potatoes.
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 1 medium onion.
  • 5 cloves of garlic.
  • Salt.

Paso 1

Primero colocaremos los tomates en agua, lo tapamos y lo ponemos a cocinar a fuego lento durante 10 minutos.

Step 1

First place the tomatoes in water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Paso 2

Mientras cocinamos los tomates, picamos la cebolla en forma de juliana, la zanahoria y papas en cuadritos y luego trituramos los ajos.

Step 2

While we cook the tomatoes, we chop the onion into julienne strips, the carrot and potatoes into cubes and then we crush the garlic.

Paso 3

Picamos las chuletas de cerdo en trozos medianos, colocamos el salten a fuego lento, agregamos los trozo de cerdo y sal al gusto, dejando cocinar de ambos lados hasta que adore, luego agregaremos los aliños y los vegetales ya picados, agregamos agua y dejamos cocinar durante 10 a 15 minutos.

Step 3

Chop the pork chops into medium pieces, place the salten over low heat, add the pork chops and salt to taste, let cook on both sides until tender, then add the seasoning and chopped vegetables, add water and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Paso 4

Cuando ya los tomates estén cocinados y se hallan enfriados le quitamos la piel y lo rallamos y una ves nuestro cerdo este cocinado agregamos nuestra salsa de tomate un poquito mas de agua y lo dejamos 5 minutos mas de cocción y ya nuestro rico menú esta listo para servir, acompañándolo con rico y suetercito arroz con tajadas de plátanos.

Step 4

When the tomatoes are cooked and have cooled we remove the skin and grate it and once our pork is cooked we add our tomato sauce a little more water and let it cook for 5 more minutes and our delicious menu is ready to serve, accompanied with rich and delicious rice with slices of plantains.
