Vamos preparando el pollo, esto es muy fácil con un poco de pimiento y cebolla podremos sofreír el pollo y sal y condimentos al gusto

Buscamos una bolsa y empezamos hacer nuestras empanadas como normalmente lo haríamos, una pequeña cantidad en la bolsa, aplastamos y agregamos el relleno para así luego cerrar y llevarla a freir

Freimos bien y sacarla se deja escurrir y enfriar un poco
