I'm amazed that you do the mixing by hand, at least that's what it looks like. Not sure if that's better or just how you prefer to do it. But the end result looks great either way! π

Yes! I do all the mixing by hand. π I do have an electronic hand whisk, but I rarely use it. The only time I really use it is when whipping cream. Mostly because I hate the cleanup afterwards. xD Need as few things dirtied as possible!!
Totally understandable! those are no fun to clean at all. π
