My father always told us that if ever he's to make a restaurant, it should be open to view so that the customers will feel assured on how their food is cooked. It builds trust.

This is indeed a great place, but you should be prepared to wait for more than 30 minutes especially during peak hours.

30minutes is quite a long time, but when we're actively doing something, it just goes by fast.
