Hello friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also much better by the grace of Allah. Friends, today I will share about the traditional food of our district Gaibandha. It is a sweet national dish. This is the famous food of this district. So friends, you all know, I write about lifestyle. I write as I wish. When I try to write about what I like. It can actually be called my hobby. So friends, let's share some things about Rasmalai.
One region after another is famous for its sweets. And this has been possible due to the skill of the artisans of that region. Gaibandha's sweet rasamanjari has different qualities because of its taste and quality. When he came to Gaibandha, he did not taste rasamanjari, but his visit to Gaibandha was in vain. From hospitality and rejoicing to office-court, the name of this rosary is everywhere.
Anyway Gaibandha is a district in the north of our country. Very few people can be said to move. There is no natural migration in this district. Part of the lower class people of the country are the people of this district. There is no shortage of poor, hard working and needy people in this district. But there is a lack of Rasmalai in this district. Because, as many people eat this rasmalai every day, it is unthinkable, many people eat this rasmalai. If there is any product or food sold in Gaibandha town, it can be called Rasmalai. Because, these spices are very tasty and sweet.
The Bengali tendency towards confectionery is ancient. A variety of sweets of various tastes are made almost everywhere in Bangladesh. Again there are some sweets that are made in almost all regions of the country. However, some similar sweets are made in different parts of the country, but only in a few places. Similarly, the name of a confectionery is Gaibandha Rasamanjari. The artisans of many districts of the country could not make such sweets like Gaibandha Rasamanjari even after hundreds of attempts. So people from all over the country have a special attraction towards Rasmanjari here.
Ingredients for this dessert include pure cow's milk, sugar, lamb and small cardamom. Cow's milk has to be thickened with firewood and mixed with sugar. In addition, small round cocoons are made with the lamb and sugar is added to the veins. If it is brown in color, the rasgolla cocoons have to be mixed with milk by dripping the cider through a sieve. Afterwards, it is to be served in a pot with latex juice.
We two friends went to the district town after some time for some work. I did not forget to go and eat Rasmalai. I ate rasmalai, I liked it very much. Although the district towns themselves are rarely visited. Our house is a little far away in the last stage. We usually travel to Bogra more. Bogra's famous yoghurt. It is known all over the country. Anyway, then I will do a blog about your Bogra Yogurt. Until then everyone stay well, stay healthy, stay with good food. Thank you all very much.
