Hello Foodies Bee Hive Community. It's really good to be here again. I really missed blogging my food recipes and reading some of the recipes here too.
For today post I will be sharing to you our food trip last night in this newly open lomi house in our hometown. My husband was the one who introduced this too me and I'm really excited to try it as it's been 6 years since I tried authentic lomi Batangas.
Lomi Batangas is a flat noodles which so , so thick sauce and different toppings. It is called Lomi Batangas because it's really famous in one of the province here in the Philippines which is Batangas.
We went to the Lomi House last night at 7:00 PM. We ordered this overload Lomi that cost 130 pesos only and its good for 3 person.
I was amazed and happy with the generous amount of toppings because of its affordable price. The toppings are lechon kawali or crispy pork meat, chicken fillet, kikiam , boiled quail eggs, lumpiang Shanghai, kikiam and toasted garlic as well.
Lomi Batangas has a partner. This chili , calamansi , soy sauce and onions.
I am really satisfied with the taste of the Lomi as I can feel the freshness of the ingredients. The toppings are really crunchy and tasty.
Since this overload Lomi is good for 3 person, we didn't manage to eat it all that's why we asked for take it out and order another one for my father and my sister.
My husband and I really enjoyed the food and will surely comeback on this Lomi House.
