El pasado viernes celebré mi cumpleaños 🎂 número 43, agradecida con Dios por la vida, y por sus bendiciones, fué un día agradable en compañía de mi familia, por supuesto, para la celebración no podía faltar la deliciosa 😋 torta para cantar el cumpleaños feliz 🥳🥳
Fué una torta sencilla, un bizcocho básico que rellenamos 🥧 con crema pastelera de chocolate 🍫, y cubrimos con un glaseado básico, el aspecto no es el más bonito porque no se nada ase decoración 🫣 pero, el sabor estuvo delicioso 😋

It was a simple cake, a basic sponge cake that we filled 🥧 with chocolate pastry cream 🍫, and covered with a basic icing, the appearance is not the prettiest because I don't know anything ase decoration 🫣 but, the taste was delicious 😋.

3 huevos
1 litro de leche

Para la crema:
2 cucharas de cacao en polvo
3 amarillas de huevo 🥚
1 taza de harina de trigo
1 taza de azúcar
1 taza de leche
1 kg wheat flour
1 kg sugar
3 eggs
1 liter of milk

Preparando el bizcocho:
En una taza colocamos la margarina, y batimos con la ayuda de la batidora, luego fuimos incorporando el azúcar y los huevos.
Luego con una paleta de madera incorporamos la harina con movimientos envolventes, añadiendo de. Poco la leche, y Por último la vainilla.
Llevamos la mezcla al horno por 50 minutos a 180 grados.
Preparing the cake:

Finalmente colocamos un glaseado por encima para cubrirlo todo y decoramos con unos pirulin 🫣
No fué el más hermoso pero quedó delicioso 😋
