Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la receta del almuerzo que preparé para mi familia: Arroz amarillo con carne y calabreza, y las respectivas tajadas que son las preferidas de mi esposo.
Ls cuento que a mi esposo le gusta mucho la pasta, de hecho, el siempre comenta que aprendió a comer arroz cuando nos casamos, porque yo soy fanática del arroz, jeje; así que, siempre que lo preparo trato de variar los ingredientes, y hacerlo lo mas llamativo posible.

Today I want to share with you the recipe of the lunch I prepared for my family: yellow rice with meat and pumpkin, and the respective slices that are my husband's favorite.
I tell you that my husband likes pasta very much, in fact, he always says that he learned to eat rice when we got married, because I am a rice fanatic, hehe; so, whenever I prepare it I try to vary the ingredients, and make it as attractive as possible.

Adobo
Sabroseador

Sabroseador
PREPARACIÓN
Lavo bien los aliños y vegetales y corto en cuadros pequeños.
PREPARATION
I wash the dressings and vegetables well and cut into small squares.
Corto en cuadros la carne y la calabreza.
I cut the meat and squash into squares.
En una paila, agrego aceite onotado, y sofrío la cebolla y la calabreza.
In a pan, add oil and sauté the onion and the pumpkin.
Luego añado la carne, el ají, el adobo y el sabroseador.
Then I add the meat, the chili, the adobo and the sabroseador.
Luego añado agua, el cebollín, y cuando hierva, agrego el arroz, y cúrcuma en polvo, para que quede amarillo.
Then I add water, the scallion, and when it boils, I add the rice, and turmeric powder, to make it yellow.
Dejo cocinar a fuego lento, hasta que seque, y listo!
I let it simmer until it dries, and that's it!
Serví acompañado de tajadas fritas, y disfrutamos un rico almuerzo familiar!
I served with fried slices, and we enjoyed a nice family lunch!
