El mundo de la cocina es para inventar y seguir creando nuevos menus para el comensal; en la casa siempre vario y aquí una muestra, estimados amigos el día de hoy preparé una comida combinada y deliciosa hice "Chorizo, Morcilla y Acelga Guisada", digno de un buen almuerzo acompañado de arroz hervido. Espero que les guste mi nueva receta y la disfruten.

- 1 ramo de acelgas, 1 chorizo, 1 morcilla, 1/2 pimentón, 1 cebolla, 1 ramito de cilantro, 1 diente de ajo, sal al gusto, pimienta en granos, adobo, aceite.
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard, 1 chorizo, 1 blood sausage, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 clove of garlic, salt to taste, peppercorns, marinade, oil.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trozos el cilantro, cebolla, ajo, acelgas y pimentón.
- Wash and cut the coriander, onion, garlic, chard and bell pepper into pieces.
- Cortamos la morcilla y el chorizo en trozos.
- Cut the blood sausage and chorizo into pieces.
- En un sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y agregamos el ajo, cebolla y pimentón, removemos y sofreímos por 2 min.
- In a pan add a splash of oil, heat and add the garlic, onion and bell pepper, stir and fry for 2 min.
- Agregamos los chorizos y morcilla.
- We add the chorizos and blood sausage.
- Añadimos la acelga.
- We add the chard.
- Agregamos una pizca de sal y pimienta en granos, mezclamos y cocinamos por 10 min.
- Add a pinch of salt and peppercorns, mix and cook for 10 min.
- Apagamos, dejamos reposar y servimos. ¡Uhmmm huele muy bien!.
- Turn off, let rest and serve. Uhmmm smells great!.
