¡Otro día con otra deliciosa receta, estimados amigos!. El día de hoy preparé una comida vegetariana, sana, económica y sabrosa. "Coliflor al Ajillo y Pimiento". Fácil de hacer y combina con todo, el coliflor se puede preparar de diferentes maneras, a mi me encanta. Es otra idea para almorzar y disfrutar. Espero les guste y que tengan buen provecho.
Another day with another delicious recipe, dear friends! Today I prepared a vegetarian, healthy, inexpensive and tasty meal. "Cauliflower with Garlic and Paprika". Easy to make and combines with everything, cauliflower can be prepared in different ways, I love it. It is another idea to have lunch and enjoy. I hope you like it and have a good meal.

- 1 coliflor pequeño, 6 granos de ajo, 3 ajíes dulces, pimiento en polvo, sabroseador, orégano en polvo, aceite.
- 1 small cauliflower, 6 garlic grains, 3 sweet peppers, paprika, flavoring, oregano powder, oil.

- Lavar y trocear el coliflor.
- Wash and chop the cauliflower.
- Cocinamos el coliflor en una olla con agua hirviendo durante 10 min.
- Cook the cauliflower in a pot with boiling water for 10 min.
- Escurrimos el coliflor y reservamos.
- Drain the cauliflower and reserve.
- Limpiamos y cortamos los ajos finamente.
- We clean and finely chop the garlic.
- Lavamos, quitamos las semillas y cortamos finamente los ajíes dulces.
- We wash, remove the seeds and finely chop the sweet peppers.
- Cortamos el coliflor ya hervido en trozos más pequeños.
- Cut the boiled cauliflower into smaller pieces.
- Calentamos el sartén con suficiente aceite, añadimos el ajo y los ajíes dulces, sofreímos por 3 min a fuego medio.
- Heat the pan with enough oil, add the garlic and sweet peppers, fry for 3 min over medium heat.
- Agregamos el coliflor al sartén.
- Add the cauliflower to the pan.
- Agregamos la sal al gusto, orégano en polvo y el pimiento.
- Add salt to taste, oregano powder and paprika.
- Mezclamos con el sofrito para que absorba los sabores y tapamos por 5 min a fuego medio. Apagamos la cocina.
- Mix with the sauce to absorb the flavors and cover for 5 min over medium heat. We turn off the kitchen.
- Servimos al gusto. Uhmmmm que sabroso quedó.
- We serve to taste. Uhmmmm how tasty it was.
