- Con pocos ingredientes podemos hacer una deliciosa natilla, 500 ml de leche líquida natural, 1 cucharada de mantequilla, 1 cucharada de Maicena, 1/2 cucharada de vinagre, sal al gusto.
- With few ingredients we can make a delicious custard, 500 ml of natural liquid milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar, salt to taste.

- Colocar en una olla la leche y llevar al fuego.
- Put the milk in a pot and bring it to the fire.
- Cuando esté caliente (sin hervir) añadir el vinagre.

- Remover para ir formando la nata.
- Stir to form the cream.
- Añadir la mantequilla.
- Add the butter.
- Y remover.

- Disolver la Maicena en medía taza de la misma mezclar.

- Añadir la sal al gusto y dejar por 10 minutos en fuego Medio.

- Dejamos reposar y batir.

- Y refrigerar hasta que esté consistente.

¡Le puedes añadir el toque personal con especias, ideal para el pan tostado, arepas, yuca! etc
