Feliz día a todos estimados amigos de #FoodiesBeeHive!. El día de hoy preparé de almuerzo un exquisito "Muslo de Pollo Guisado con Berenjena", práctico y fácil de hacer, una combinación de sabores e ingredientes que hacen de esta una muy buena receta para comer sabroso, especialmente para los que comemos pollo, se las recomiendo. - 1 muslo de pollo, 1 cebolla, 1 berenjena, 3 tiras de pimentón, cebollín cortadito, 1 ramita de celery, pimienta en granos, sal al gusto, paprika líquida, 1 diente de ajo, aceite, 1 taza de agua.
- 1 chicken thigh, 1 onion, 1 eggplant, 3 strips of bell pepper, chopped chives, 1 sprig of celery, peppercorns, salt to taste, liquid paprika, 1 clove of garlic, oil, 1 cup of water.

- Cortamos en rodajas las berenjenas, cortamos en cuadritos los ajos, cebolla, pimentón, cebollín y celery.
- Cut the eggplant into slices, dice the garlic, onion, bell pepper, chives and celery.
- Condimentamos por ambos lados el muslo de pollo con la paprika líquida y la sal al gusto, reservamos.
- Season the chicken thigh with liquid paprika and salt to taste on both sides, set aside.
- En un sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y añadimos los aliños previamente cortados y mezclamos, cocinamos a fuego medio por 2 minutos.
- In a frying pan add a splash of oil, heat and add the previously cut dressings and mix, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Agregamos el muslo de pollo.
- We add the chicken thigh.
- Lo cocinamos por ambos lados a fuego medio.
- We cook it on both sides over medium heat.
- Incorporamos las rodajas de berenjena, sal al gusto y la pimienta en granos.
- Add the eggplant slices, salt to taste and peppercorns.
- Agregamos 1 taza de agua, celery, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 20 min a fuego medio.
- Add 1 cup of water, celery, cover and let cook for 20 min over medium heat.
- Apagamos dejamos reposar y servimos esta delicia.
