¡Saludos estimados amigos!. Aquí les traigo una nueva receta sabrosa y muy especial. El pan es de tradición, pero preparado con chocolate es demasiado sabroso. Aquí mi receta y preparación para que lo preparen en sus casas y compartan en familia. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.
Greetings dear friends! Here I bring you a new tasty and very special recipe. The bread is traditional, but prepared with chocolate is too tasty. Here is my recipe and preparation so that they can prepare it at home and share it with the family. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🍞


- 1 taza de harina de trigo leudante, 1 huevo, 1 pizca de sal, 2 cucharada de azúcar, 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla, 1 cucharadita de esencia de chocolate, 1 cucharadita de aceite, 1 cucharada de margarina, 1 cucharadita de levadura instantánea, 2 cucharadas de agua, 50 gramos de chocolate bitter.
- 1 cup of self-rising wheat flour, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon of chocolate essence, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1 teaspoon of instant yeast, 2 tablespoons of water, 50 grams of bitter chocolate.

Preparación / Preparation: 🔪


- Tibiar el agua añadirle la azúcar y la levadura y dejamos en reposo por 15 min.
- Warm the water, add the sugar and yeast and let it rest for 15 minutes.

- Incorporamos la harina y mezclamos.

- Agregar la margarina y la sal.

- Terminar a añadir la harina y amasamos.

- Hasta que la masa no esté pegajosa.

- Dejamos la masa en reposo por 30 min.

- Cortar el chocolate en trozos pequeños.
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces.

- Derretir el chocolate en baño de María.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

- Extender la masa con ayuda del rodillo. Agregar el chocolate derretido.
- Roll out the dough using the rolling pin. Add the melted chocolate.

- Doblar la masa en los extremos.
- Fold the dough at the ends.

- Plegar la masa en los bordes hacia la parte interna.
- Fold the dough at the edges towards the inside.

- Enrollamos completamente.
- We roll completely.

- Barnizar el pan con clara de huevo y dejar por 30 minutos en reposo, en una bandeja previamente engrasada.
- Varnish the bread with egg white and let it rest for 30 minutes, on a previously greased tray.

- Hornear hasta que dore.
- Bake until golden brown.
