- 1 rama de espinaca, 1 huevo, 2 cucharadas de avena en hojuelas, 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo, 1 cucharadita de margarina, 1 cucharada de azúcar, 2 cucharadas de agua.
- 1 spinach branch, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons oatmeal, 2 tablespoons wheat flour, 1 teaspoon margarine, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water.

- Lavar las espinacas, y separar las hojas del tallo.
- Wash the spinach, and separate the leaves from the stem.
- Licuar las hojas de espinaca con el agua.
- Blend the spinach leaves with the water.
- Colocar el licuado en una taza, agregar la avena y mezclar.
- Put the smoothie in a cup, add the oats and mix.
- Batir el huevo y añadirlo a la mezcla.
- Beat the egg and add it to the mixture.
- Incorporar la margarina y mezclar.
- Add the margarine and mix.
- Agregar la azúcar y seguir removiendo.
- Add the sugar and keep stirring.
- Incorporar la harina y mezclar.
- Add the flour and mix.
- Obtenemos una mezcla espesa.
- We get a thick mixture.
- Calentar la plancha y colocar la mezcla en pequeñas porciones.
- Heat the griddle and place the mixture in small portions.
- Dejar 3 minutos por cada lado.
- Leave 3 minutes on each side.
- Servimos con queso o suero.
- We serve with cheese or whey.
