Arepa rellena de perico de sardina/ Arepa stuffed with sardine parakeet

Feliz tarde apreciada comunidad.! En esta oportunidad comparto sobre este desayuno, arepa con perico de sardina, así le decimos a la mezcla de huevos cuando le agregamos otros ingredientes.

Happy afternoon, dear community! This time I share about this breakfast, arepa with sardine parakeet, that's what we say to the egg mixture when we add other ingredients.

Para la preparación de este plato, usamos los siguientes ingredientes:
*3 huevos (para 4 personas)

Sardina en lata
*Cebolla
*Ají
*Aceite
*Sal y pimienta al gusto

For the preparation of this dish, we use the following ingredients:

3 eggs (for 4 people)

Canned sardine
*Onion
*Chili pepper
*Oil
*Salt and pepper to taste

Sofreímos la cebolla y ajo con el aceite, mientras en una taza añadimos los huevos con la sardina, la sal y la pimienta, batimos hasta unir la mezcla.

Sauté the onion and garlic with the oil, while in a cup we add the eggs with the sardine, the salt and the pepper, beat until the mixture is blended.

Cuando ya los aliños estén cocidos, le agregamos los huevos, y vamos revolviendo poco a poco, lo ponemos a fuego lento para su cocción.

When the dressings are cooked, we add the eggs, and we are stirring little by little, we put it over a low heat to cook.

Ya una vez que está cocido, abrimos la arepa y rellenamos, también le podemos añadir queso blanco, y tenemos una rica comida, puede ser un desayuno o para una cena.
