This week I want to share with you this simple and delicious potato cake that I made with leftover ground beef. I always cook a little more and then serve it with pasta, arepas or quinoa.
This pie is ideal for days when we have little time or little desire to cook, plus it doesn't have complex ingredients.

Ingredientes:
4 papas medianas
50 gr de queso mozzarella
20 gr de queso parmesano (opcional)
2 cucharada de sal (para las papas hervidas)

Ingredients:
200 gr of ground beef (I previously seasoned it with garlic, onion, paprika and spices to my taste).
4 medium potatoes
50 gr mozzarella cheese
20 gr Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tablespoon salt (for the boiled potatoes).

Preparation:
The first thing we are going to do will be the puree, for them we will wash and peel the potatoes and put them to boil in water with the salt.
Once they are soft we will mash them with the help of a fork or potato masher, until the mashed potatoes are formed.
In a baking dish or mold suitable for oven we put a first layer of mashed potatoes, then another of meat, until we complete the container, finally we spread the cheeses on the surface and we take everything to the oven, to cook for 20 minutes at 180 C° or until the cheeses are browned.
Completed this step, remove from the oven and being careful not to burn serve in portions, you can accompany this cake with a nice salad or steamed vegetables.

Hasta un próximo post 😉

See you in a future post 😉
