¡Hola amigos amantes de la cocina! Deseo que todos se encuentren maravillosamente bien ❤️🩹 llenos de buena salud y buenas vibras.
El domingo me fui a la playa con mi familia y amigos, para ahorrar un poco nos llevamos la comida lista; me incline por algo fácil, rápido y práctico, que resistiera por lo menos durante 8 horas, porque nos iríamos desde la madrugada entonces hice arroz frio.
El arroz frio es una especie de ensalada que lleva, atun, maiz, guisantes verdes, mayonesa y por supuesto arroz, si es del dia anterior; mejor. Queda muy rico y práctico, para llevar a un dia de campo, a la playa o hasta para un compartir. Te muestro como se hace:
INGREDIENTES:
1 KG de arroz cocido
2 latas de atún
1 lata grabde de guisantes verdes
1 lata grande de maiz dulce
Mayonesa
PASO A PASO:
Lo primero es hacer el arroz el día antes de prepararlo; yo lo hice y lo deje guardado en la nevera.
En un envase grande (en mi caso use una bandeja) fui colocando el arroz y con ayuda de una cuchara lo fui soltando, asi lo hice hasta que lo solté todo.
Luego agregie el atun desmenuzandolo e integrandolo con el arroz.
Asi tambien hice con los guisantes verdes y el maiz, lo retire de la lata lo lave un poco y luego lo agregue a mi arroz.
Ahora es el momento de agregar la mayonesa, en mi caso coloque el zonre completo qie era de 395gr por la cantidad de arroz. Pero la mayonesa se coloca al gusto de cada quien...
Agregue la mayonesa y mezcle, para integrar todo... Aqui en este momento probamos y si ustedes desean le agregan un poquito de sal (yo no le coloque)
Asi queda listo el arroz, es facil y rapido... Para mi es perfecto para este tipo de salida, donde necesitamos ser practicos. El arroz frio es el preferido de mi esposo y en nuestro viaje fue un exito..

1 KG of cooked rice
2 cans of tuna
1 grabde can of green peas
1 large can of sweet corn
Mayonnaise
STEP BY STEP:
The first thing to do is to make the rice the day before preparing it; I did it and left it in the fridge.
In a large container (in my case I used a tray) I put the rice and with the help of a spoon, I loosened it, so I did until I loosened everything.
Then add the tuna crumbling it and integrating it with the rice.
I also did the same with the green peas and the corn, I removed it from the can, washed it a little and then added it to my rice.
Now it's time to add the mayonnaise, in my case I put the whole zonre which was 395gr for the amount of rice. But the mayonnaise is placed to taste of each person ....
Add the mayonnaise and mix, to integrate everything... Here at this moment we taste and if you wish you can add a little salt (I didn't add any).
This is how the rice is ready, it is easy and quick... For me it is perfect for this kind of outing, where we need to be practical. The cold rice is my husband's favorite and on our trip it was a success....
