I love fish, here in Venezuela we don't have that species, (at least I think so). You sounded fantastic and the presentation worthy of "Master Chef"😍😜

One question, I saw that you used carrots, doesn't that give it a sweet taste?πŸ€”

    This flatters me, thank you very much (^_^)but I am by no means a master chef, I only know how to cook our traditional recipes.

    One question, I saw that you used carrots, doesn't that give it a sweet taste?πŸ€”

    It gives very little sweetness since carrots do taste a little sweet.
