HOLA queridos amigos de esta maravillosa plataforma feliz fin de semana para todos, espero esten muy bien, yo sigo aqui, hoy quiero contarles que retome esto de comer saludable Sin grasas y les traigo esta Saludable y Delisiosa receta que prepare especialmente para mi, esta vez se trata de Una Hamburguesa de Avena con relleno saludable, mi meta es comer 0 grasas procesada y por eso prepare esta muy bue a opciĆ³n.

HELLO dear friends of this wonderful platform, happy weekend to all, I hope you are very well, I am still here, today I want to tell you that I am going back to eating healthy without fats and I bring you this healthy and delicious recipe that I prepared especially for myself, this time It is an Oatmeal Burger with a healthy filling, my goal is to eat 0 processed fats and that is why I prepared this very good option.

A ContinuaciĆ³n les muestro los ingredientes y su fĆ”cil preparacion;

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³Ingredientes:

ā€¢ 100g de carne molida
ā€¢ 1 tomate pequeƱo
ā€¢ 1 hoja de Lechuga
ā€¢ 1 huevo cocido
ā€¢ 1 taza de Avena en hojuelas
ā€¢ 1/2 taza de agua
ā€¢ 1 cdita de ajo machacado
ā€¢ Oregano
ā€¢ Sal al gusto

Below I show you the ingredients and its easy preparation;

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Ingredients:

ā€¢ 100g ground beef
ā€¢ 1 small tomato
ā€¢ 1 lettuce leaf
ā€¢ 1 boiled egg
ā€¢ 1 cup oatmeal flakes
ā€¢ 1/2 cup of water
ā€¢ 1 tsp minced garlic
ā€¢ Oregano
ā€¢ Salt to taste

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Preparacion:

ā€¢ Lo primero que hacemos es colocar la carne previamente lavada en un envase y la sazonamos echĆ”ndole el oregano, la cucharadita de ajo y la sal, amasamos un poco la carne con los condimentos, tapamos y reservamos para que la carne agarre mĆ”s gusto.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Preparation:

ā€¢ The first thing we do is place the previously washed meat in a container and season it by adding the oregano, the teaspoon of garlic and salt, knead the meat a little with the seasonings, cover and reserve so that the meat has more flavor.

ā€¢ Mientras dejamos marinar nuestra carne, hacemos la masa de Avena; colocando en un envase el agua, sal y la taza de avena, amasamos hasta formar una masa compacta.

ā€¢ While we let our meat marinate, we make the Oatmeal dough; Placing the water, salt and the cup of oatmeal in a container, we knead until we form a compact dough.

ā€¢ Luego ponemos a calentar una sarten y sacamos un par de bolitas, la colocamos encima del sarten y aplastamos dĆ”ndole una forma plana para que sean como el pan de la hamburguesa, las tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento, en el proceso vamos virando hasta que estĆ©n cocidas.

ā€¢ Then we heat a pan and take out a couple of balls, place it on top of the pan and flatten it into a flat shape so that they are like hamburger buns, cover them and let them cook over low heat, in the process we turn until that they are cooked.

ā€¢ Cuando estĆ©n doraditas las tapas de Avena, las retiramos del sarten dejando este en la cocina para preparar la carne, hacemos una bolita de carne y la aplazados del tamaƱo de los cĆ­rculos de Avena que hicimos, dejamos asar la carne hasta que este cocida y dorada por ambos lados, retiramos y colocamos en un plato junto con las de Avena.

ā€¢ When the Oatmeal lids are golden brown, we remove them from the pan, leaving it in the kitchen to prepare the meat, we make a meat ball and postpone it to the size of the Oatmeal circles we made, we let the meat roast until it is cooked and browned on both sides, remove and place on a plate along with the oatmeal.

ā€¢ Mientras se cocinaba la carne, corte el tomate y el huevo cociedo rodajas, la hoja de Lechuga la lave con vinagre y le quite su tallo.

ā€¢ While the meat was cooking, cut the tomato and the boiled egg into slices, wash the lettuce leaf with vinegar and remove its stem.

ā€¢ Por ultimo armamos la hamburguesa colocamos la base con la tapa que hicimos de Avena, le colocamos la Lechuga, unas pocas rodajas de tomate, el huevo cocido y tapamos.

ā€¢ Finally, we assemble the hamburger, we place the base with the lid that we made from Oatmeal, we put the Lettuce, a few slices of tomato, the boiled egg and we cover.

ā€¢ Y listo! Una Deeliciosa Hamburguesa Saludable de Avena una buena opciĆ³n para una dieta 0 grasas.
Recuerden que no se trata de una dieta estricta o dejar de comer, se trata de comer delicioso y saludable.
