Avocados are just one natures given vegetables that does elot of things.
The largest quantities are found in Colombia, California New Zealand and Africa.
Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as , folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids. Although most of the calories in an avocado come from fat.

Avocados are beneficial to our skin and are used for elot of recipes like salad and can be used with our bread

But it should be avoided by pregnant women nd breastfeeding mothers because it reduces the production of breast milk in the body.

Avocado oil are also essencial oils that moisturize our skin and are good for our hair.
Avocado benefits are so much to mention but what i can say is dont do without them.
