Venezuelan gastronomy has many diversities as all countries, we have the particularity of having native and traditional dishes in each of the states of our country.
Como buena llanera Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la receta de unas deliciosas cachapas, hechas a base de maíz amarillo las cuales acompañe con cochino, natilla y queso blanco es mi comida favorita tradicional, es un plato muy fácil de hacer
As a good llanera, today I want to share with you the recipe for some delicious cachapas, made with yellow corn, which I accompanied with pork, custard and white cheese is my favorite traditional food, it is a very easy dish to make.
Ingredientes:
1 kilo de maíz tierno molido.
Una taza de azúcar.
¼ cdta de sal.
1 taza de Leche.
1 huevo.
Ingredients :
1 kilo of ground baby corn.

1 cup of milk.
1 egg.
Preparación:
En un recipiente se coloca la masa para las cachapas y se le añade la taza de leche, luego se agrega el huevo, la azúcar y la sal, hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea

For me it is a delight to taste the dishes of my country, there are a lot of delicious dishes that I have not yet had the opportunity to try, including traditional and typical dishes of the Andes region, where there are delicacies that I am sure could also be part of my favorite dishes, so this publication is made based on the typical dishes that I have tried and tasted.
