Acehnese special pliek sauce
This Acehnese special pliek sauce can be easily made at home, I will share the recipe and ingredients for this pliek sauce as follows:
Process and ingredients in making pliek sauce
INGREDIENTS
15 servings
- Ground Seasoning
- 7 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 7 pcs red chili
- 20 pcs Chili Rawit (according to taste, if you like spicy add more)
- 1 Inch Ginger 7. 1 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Pepper to taste
- Sufficient Turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 Tbsp Coconut
- 3 tbsp Patarana/Plik Ue (According to taste)
14.1 inch Galangal (crushed)- Chopped Ingredients:
- 3 stalks of lemongrass, finely chopped
- 6 Sheets of Citrus Leaves
- 2 pcs Kencong Flowers / Chopped Kala
- Curry / Oen teumurui leaves finely chopped.
SAYUR-SAYURAN:
- 1/4 Kg Young Jackfruit (Cat's Eye) Cut into Small
- 4 bunches of small chopped Melinjo leaves
3.1 Ounces of young Melinjo Fruit
4.1 Banana heart- Kates Muda / Mengkal (cut into small pieces / the size of a jackfruit)
6.1 Ounces Long Beans Cut into 1/2 Inch
7.5 pcs green chilies, cut into small pieces- 1/4 kg Small Shrimp, cleaned
- 2 pcs Coconut
- 1 Kg Sumpil / Cue
- Salt to taste

The process and method of making pliek sauce
If you have prepared the ingredients, now we enter into the manufacturing process ...!
• Jackfruit, Sumpil, ground spices, finely chopped ingredients, Salt and add a little boiled water for a while so that the spices absorb.
• Add the Banana Heart to the stew, stir and wait until it boils.
• After the jackfruit and banana heart are tender, add the liquid coconut milk, stirring until it boils.
• Then add the melinjo fruit and green chilies.
• Then add the coconut milk starch, stirring constantly until it boils.
• After that add the shrimp, melinjo leaves, and chopped long beans. stirred.
• After boiling, add the kates that have been cut, wait until it boils and turn off the heat.
• Plik sauce is ready to be served.
Notes :
