There are dishes that are amazingly delicious and great to feed on, using the common meal in my side of africa, bean and plantain is famous at the yoruba side.
Ingredients used in preparation
Beans
Plantain
Cocoyam
palm oil
onion
maggi
blended pepper
Tea plant leaf
Ocimum leaf
Preparation procedures
Pick your beans and separate from every form of stones or other dirty particles, rinse and put into the pot to boil for 45 minutes.
Cut your cocoyam into desired sizes, cut your plantain also into small or desired sizes and add to your boiling beans
chop your onion into smaller sizes, and add to the beans after 45 minutes, add blended pepper, add palm oil, add maggi and the tea plant leaf( for your white beans to pick colour and for the medicinal value of tea plant).
Leave beans on fire for another five minutes, then remove the tea plant leaf, chop your ocimum into smaller sizes and add to your almost done beans, after five minutes, stir all together and the meal is ready.
