Hello everybody, I am a Turkish man who lives in London. I am here with my delicious homemade burger recipe. Thanks to everybody in the community to give us their support and sharing their knowledge. Burger Ingredients
- 700gr Mince meat (Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat)
- Beautiful Burger Buns
- Cheddar cheese
- 5gr Table Salt, 5gr Black pepper and Mustard
- Bacon
- Mayonnaise and ketchup mixture
- Onion, Tomato and Lettuce
Preperation Method
Put your mince in a deep bowl add some black pepper and mix it. The trick here is you should mix it without rubbing it and not more than necessary.
After your mixture is ready. Divide the mixture into six (Each around 120gr). Lightly wet your hands. Carefully roll the mixture into balls, each about the size of a tennis ball.
Brush the top with mustard before putting them into the pan. Don't use any oil for the pan.
While cooking the mustard brushed side with a low temperature brush the other side as well.
After both sides are cooked put the cheese on top of the burger and melt it with the heat of the pan.
Prepare your buns with tomato, lettuce, onion and bacon
Don't forget a burger without fries is not a real burger😇
