Hello everybody, @zoltarian here! I am here with my delicious Chicken Bowl. Please give me your support and constructive criticism. Please don't hesitate to ask for more information if necessary. Let's get started!
Ingredients;
For Crispy Chicken;
- 3 tablespoon wholemeal flour
- 200 gr breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 500 gr chicken brast Instructions
Cut chicken breast into pieces.
Carefully place breadcrumbs in olive oil and cook until they are golden and crispy and cooked through, about for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk the egg in a medium bowl.
Meanwhile, in another shallow bowl combine breadcrumbs with chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
So dip chicken pieces into the wholemeal flour then into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumbs mixture.
Place the well-coated chicken pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a baking tray, and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
For Dipping Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon wholemeal flour
- 300 ml milk
- 4 tablespoons turmeric
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 100 gr mozarella or cheddar cheese Instructions
Melt the butter in the preheated pan then add wholemeal flour.
Add milk and whisk for a while.
After that add turmeric and cheese to it.
Get the sauce into a bowl then add chicken pieces on top. And enjoy your healthy-ish KFC Chicken Bowl at home.
