unique noodle

hello friends, first of all I want to thank my friends for the enthusiasm that you all gave,

this time I want to introduce a typical food in my country, namely (mie aceh)

the mention of aceh noodles, this is very different in taste and very distinctive, I think this is very different from noodles in general
with special spices is an open secret in my country,

here I also want to share the recipe with you

Ingredients

500 gr of wet noodles
150 gr fresh prawns that have been peeled and skin removed
150 gr of meat (beef/goat) that has been boiled beforehand and then sliced into small pieces
1 tomato, cut into long triangles
5 cloves of red onion thinly sliced
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
100 gr white cabbage, finely sliced
100 gr fresh bean sprouts, remove the tail
25 gr green onions, finely sliced
10 gr celery leaves, finely sliced
600 ml beef broth
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp cooking oil

Ground spices:

7 hot peppers
½ segment ginger
3 candlenuts
½ cm turmeric
1 tbsp ground pepper
5 cloves of garlic
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp coriander
3 cardamom grains
3 grains of anise (anis)

How to make:
Broth:
Prepare the ingredients for the ground spices, then puree using a pestle or blender. Prepare a frying pan and also oil then heat it on the stove. Put the sliced shallots and garlic into the hot pan then stir fry briefly. return until evenly distributed and smell good from the cooking. Prepare the meat and shrimp that have been peeled, then put them in the stir-fry. Stir well. Slowly add the broth. Add the cabbage, celery and salt. Correct the taste. Cook until the broth is reduced and not too much. Add the tomatoes and bean sprouts together with the sweet soy sauce and soy sauce.
Aceh Noodles:
Prepare a large enough container with hot enough water. Put hot water into the container along with the wet noodles. Wait until the wet noodles are quite cooked, then remove and drain. Prepare a serving plate or bowl. Place the cooked noodles on a serving plate. Flush with broth. Mix the spices and noodles until evenly distributed and well mixed. Arrange the chips and pickles as a sweetener and complement. Serve while warm.
