Hello dear friends of the community today I want to share with you some of my favorite smoothies I drink them three times a day because the lechoza is very good for the digestive system because it has many antioxidants and I add lemon to give it a touch of flavor.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- media lechoza/papaya
- tres cucharas de azucar
- 1 limon
- licuadora
- esprimidor de limon
- half a lechoza/papaya
- three spoons of sugar
- 1 lemon
- blender
- lemon squeezer
Proceso/ process
1. - primero cortamos a papaya en trocitos y lo agregamos en la licuadura, con la mitad del jugo de limon esprimido, agregamos agua.
1. - first cut the papaya into small pieces and add it to the blender, with half of the squeezed lemon juice, add water.
2. - luego de que se licue se agregan las tres cucharadas de jugo y se vuelve nuevamente a revolver, luego agregamos el resto del jugo de limon.
