Hola a toda la comunidad feliz lunes el dia de hoy quiero enseñarles a hacer un pollo al horno con sabor a vino uno de los platos favoritos de mi familia para realizar en una fecha especial

Hello to all the community happy monday today I want to teach you how to make a baked chicken with wine flavor one of my family's favorite dishes to make on a special date.

Ingredientes/ingredients

  • 1 pollo entero
  • vino
  • mantequilla
  • 6 ajos
  • mostaza
  • oregano
  • salsa china
  • aceite de oliva
  • aceitunas
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 whole chicken
  • wine
  • butter
  • 6 garlic
  • mustard
  • oregano
  • Chinese sauce
  • olive oil
  • olives

Proceso/ process


1. - como primer paso tomamos los ajos y los aplastamos bien hasta que queden totalmente triturados luego los añadimos en una taza al igual que una cucharada de mantequilla

2. - añadimos en la taza ya con los ajos y mantequilla, oregano al gusto , una cuchara de mostaza. salsa de ajo al gusto y salsa china al gusto.

3. - para finalizar nuestra salsa para el pollo agregamos una cuchara de aceite de oliva, cubito y la cuchara de aceitunas, lo revolvemos bien con las manos y los agregamos en nuestro pollo ya cortado por piezas, por ultimo agregramos el vino por todo el pollo y lo llevamos a refrigerar por 24 horas y al tener su reposo lo llevamos a horno por 1 hora.
3. to finish our sauce for the chicken we add a spoonful of olive oil, cube and the spoonful of olives, we stir it well with our hands and we add them in our chicken already cut by pieces, finally we add the wine for all the chicken and we take it to refrigerate for 24 hours and when we have its rest we take it to oven for 1 hour.
