Hello dear community today, I want to share one of my favorite recipes to raise your defenses and lead a very healthy life.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- 2 huevos
- una manito de acelgas
- cebolla redonda la mitad
- sal al gusto
-platano
- 2 eggs
- a handful of chard
- half round onion
- salt to taste
-banana
Proceso/ process
1. - primero picamos los vegetales, la ceboll y la acelgas en cuadritos posterior a ello montamos la sarten a calentar con aceite de oliva
1. - first we chop the vegetables, the onion and the chard into small squares and then we heat the pan with olive oil.
2. - luego batimos los huevos con un tenedor y agregamos sal al gusto mientras se cocinan los vegetales, a su vez montamos los platanos a cocinar con agua. lentamente agregamos los huevos
2. - then beat the eggs with a fork and add salt to taste while the vegetables are cooking, then add the bananas to cook with water. slowly add the eggs.
Y Listo queridísimos amigos , así queda este riquisimo desayuno o almuerzo nutritivo lo puedes acompañar con una crema o queso, gracias por leerme y apoyarme feliz tarde!
