good morning community foodies bee hive today I want to share with you one of the best known recipes in my country venezuela, are the mandocas made with banana, in my state zulia banana is usually very common and comes in abundance until the time they are placed their black shell and some do not know what to do with them, that's why I bring you this recipe to take advantage of the very ripe banana and how we can transform it into a rich recipe either for dinner or breakfast. Ingredientes/ingredients
- 3 platanos amarrillo/maduros
- un cuarto de queso pasteurizado
- harina pan
- aceite de oliva
- agua si es necesario
- 3 yellow/ripe bananas
- a quart of pasteurized cheese
- flour bread
- olive oil
- water if necessary
Proceso/ process
1. - primero pelamos los tres platanos amarillos en una taza, y procedi con un tenedor o si presentar un machucador para aplastar el platano poco a poco hasta que quede como una masa.
1. - first peel the three yellow bananas in a bowl, and proceed with a fork or a masher to mash the banana little by little until it is like a dough.
2. - luego con un rayador por el lado fino, tomamos el queso y los rayamos para luego agregarlo en la masa de platano y revolver hasta que quede todo homogeneamente.

3. - luego aplicamos harina pan poco a poco hasta que quede una masa dura y manejable, posteriormente colocamos a calentar el sarten.

4. - para finalizar con un papel de cocina lo compactamos con aceite de oliva y lo limpiamos en el sarten, realizamos con la masa de platano la forma tipica de la mandoca y la agregamos en el sarten damos vuelta cada 2 minutos hasta que queden doradas.
