Greetings my dear friends, I missed you, I was a little lost from the platform, but, I'm back with a delicious recipe and the best thing is super easy to make.
CHICKEN IN WHITE SAUCE WITH MUSHROOMS
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast.
2 long onion sticks.
1 sprig of parsley.
1 piece of paprika.
3 cloves of garlic.
6 large mushrooms.
1 can of milk cream of 200ml.
Oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, place it in a frying pan and add salt, pepper and oil to taste, let it fry over low heat.
Wash well our vegetables and cut into small pieces the long onion, parsley, paprika, garlic cloves and crush them.
Wash the mushrooms well and cut them into rounds.
When the chicken is sautéed, add our chopped vegetables, mix well and let it cook for 8 minutes.
After this time we are going to add the mushrooms and then the can of milk cream, let it simmer for 5 more minutes and we will have this delicious chicken ready.
You can serve it with the garnish of your preference, I served it with white rice and raw salad.

Saludos mis queridos amigos ya los extrañaba, estaba un poco perdida de la plataforma, pero, ya estoy de vuelta con una deliciosa receta y lo mejor súper fácil de hacer.
POLLO EN SALSA BLANCA CON CHAMPIÑONES
Ingedientes:
1 Pechuga de pollo.
2 Ramas de cebolla larga.
1 Rama de perejil.
1 Trozo de pimentón.
3 Dientes de ajo.
6 Champiñones grandes.
1 lata de crema de leche de 200ml.
Aceite, sal y pimienta al gusto.
Preparación:
Cortamos la pechuga de pollo en trozos pequeños, la colocamos en un sartén y le agregamos sal, pimienta y aceite a gusto, dejamos sofreír a fuego lento.
Lavamos bien nuestros vegetales y cortamos en trozos pequeños la cebolla larga, el perejil, el pimentón, los dientes de ajo los trituramos.
Lavamos bien los champiñones y los cortamos en ruedas.
Cuando este sofrito el pollo le agregamos nuestros vegetales picados mezclamos bien y dejamos cocinar por 8 minutos.
Pasado este tiempo le vamos a agregar los champiñones y seguido la lata de crema de leche dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por 5 minutos más y tendremos listo este pollo tan delicioso.
Lo pueden acompañar con el contorno de su preferencia, yo lo acompañe de arroz blanco y ensalada cruda.
