Many photographers feel jealous of those who live close to scenic spots or have the opportunity to travel around their region with their camera. It often seems that there is nothing interesting to take pictures of nearby. In the photo above you can see a regular concrete wall with plants. Isn't it beautiful?
The thing is... you need a wish to discover interesting things around by trying to look carefully at different, unusual angles. You should wish to see the future colors which you will get after the RAW file is properly edited in Lightroom.
Your eye should work hard to find a pleasant composition. Your mind and heart should work hard to add mood and atmosphere via light and color corrections.
Also, you need a good lens to project all the details to the image sensor.
