One of the best feelings as a teacher is to be ahead on your work. I'm more of a "plan as I go" kind of teacher but this year I'm mostly teaching subjects that has a lot of pre-planning and then it just goes on by itself with a little pile of evaluations by the end.

I am probably quite lucky; I'm only teaching Seniors this year, and given other allocations in the school, only three subjects. I'll be taking on a pedagogy focus within the school, which will be pretty awesome - in truth, removes a lot of lesson planning. Have an awesome start, assuming that Norway is about to start back too. Tim
