I finally managed to translate your post bit by bit. Phew!
I'm not sure I have the will to do the same although I feel the same way you do about continuing to live in Europe. I moved abroad when I was younger but my intention was never for it to be a permanent move. nowadays there is far more reason to make it permanent, for all the reasons you mention. but now it would be harder to do.
I'm wouldn't be comfortable moving away from my mother who is in her 90s. And I'm not sure I'd want to move too far from my children either.
The other thing that's tricky I think, is that thing's are changing so rapidly that we could go to all the effort of moving only to find similar laws etc. get brought in in our new location, like what's currently happening in Portugal.
