Yes we have a Bank of China in Vancouver since a lot of Chinese nationals own land and properties here. We also have two 'PROC' Chinese Police stations here to slap or arrest their misbehaving nationals before sending them back to China for trial and jail. Yeah, that's a violation of Canadian sovereignty but our Prime Minister allows it because the PROC funds his election.
