Hallo liebe Community,
am Wochenende habe ich auch endlich die Zeit gefunden einen großen Wunsch meines Sohnes zu erfüllen. Seit der Darts WM liegt er mir in den Ohren, dass er eine richtige Dartsscheibe, also Steel Darts, haben möchte. Nun hat tatsächlich ein Freund meines älteren Sohnes seine alte Scheibe aussortiert und durch eine neue ersetzt. Die alte Scheibe hat er jetzt kostenlos gespendet und auch wenn sie schon etwas ramponiert ist, sie tut ihren Dienst.
Also habe ich, um die Wand zu schonen, ein Holzbrett mit Korkplatten beklebt und darauf die Dartscheibe geschraubt. Auf den Boden noch ein paar Schaumstoff Matten und fertig ist die Darts Arena. Hier kann er jetzt erstmal üben und wenn er weiterhin Spaß daran hat, kann man ja die alte Scheibe irgendwann durch eine neue ersetzen. Und bisher hat er Spaß daran, ständig hört man das typische "Klack" aus seinem Zimmer. Eine Chance habe ich schon jetzt nicht mehr gegen ihn, da hilft auch kein Zielwasser :-)

Hello dear community,
At the weekend I finally found the time to fulfill one of my son's biggest wishes. Since the Darts World Cup he has been telling me that he wants a real dartboard, steel darts. Now a friend of my older son has actually sorted out his old board and replaced it with a new one. He has now donated the old board free of charge and even though it is a bit battered, it does the job.
So, to protect the wall, I stuck cork panels onto a wooden board and screwed the dartboard onto it. A few foam mats on the floor and the darts arena is ready. He can practice here for now and if he continues to enjoy it, the old board can be replaced with a new one at some point. And so far he is enjoying it, you can constantly hear the typical "click" from his room. I no longer have a chance against him, no aiming will help :-)

Die Scheiben halten lange, ich spiele schon seit längerem mit E-Darts auf eine Steeldart Scheibe, auch das hält sie aus. 😉
