We stopped using canola oil years back and now only use olive oil for low temp cooking and avocado oil for everything else.

I recently learned that you shouldn't use olive oil for high-temperature stuff. So, I switched to coconut oil.
Better late than never, I guess.
Nice.. well glad you found out. I like using coconut oil too.
