Bullet Train (2022)

It's an action comedy starring Brad Pitt, with a most suggestive supporting cast, directed by David Leitch (responsible for the first 'John Wick' or 'DeadPool 2'), and with the promise of a frenetic and fun trip aboard a bullet train in Japan. How to resist something like that?

I know, impossible, and that's why I have embarked on this (a priori) hilarious proposal, which critics have not treated too well, although it seems that the public has been more satisfied.

From the supporting cast, we can highlight a surprising Joey King (confirming that not everything is teen dramas and that he is capable of this and more), a great Aaron Taylor-Johnson, savoring the character candy he has been given (I think he should try more productions of the genre, because he's really scary), or the always solvent Hiroyuki Sanada with another memorable character.

The madness settles on a train traveling from Tokyo to Morioka. The most lethal assassins on the planet have seen their fates coincide, dangerous madmen are after a mysterious briefcase, the shadow of The White Plague hangs over them all.

Like an imitation of a good Guy Ritchie, but without overly inspired dialogues, with a penchant for excess as a flag, the confrontation between shady guys affected by mental problems is posed.

The pace does not falter, nourished by stories within stories, spectacular fight scenes, various script twists, supposedly witty retorts, jokes that lead to bigger jokes.

Combination of opposing opposing fates, twins who don't look like twins, not at all innocent girls, old men who haven't forgotten the past, professionals of chaos, a “wolf” who longs for revenge

A poisonous snake, passengers ready to help, ladies who ask for silence, speeches about karma, sleeping pills that cause unforeseen effects, bathrooms equipped with the latest technology, references to children's series, a bottle of water with capital importance for the plot. The surprise appearances of famous faces complete a product designed to be consumed and forgotten in record time.
