Three neighbours, Grave Shaw (the gorgeous Victoria Justice), Alex Burke (Taylor John Smith) and Aria (Devon Ross) suspect their neighbour (the prolific veteran Dermot Mulroney) of being a serial killer and when they sneak into his flat they discover a fortune, all of which leads to a sadistic game of survival.
But then the group of flatmates who have snuck in through a duct accidentally commit a crime. Later, two extremely evil murderous thieves, Tovia (Anna's Sasha Luss) and Claude (Alex Roe), go after them in search of stolen works of art.

A somewhat claustrophobic thriller with intrigue, tension, suspense, violent events, as well as unexpected plot twists and turns.
As a thriller with some horror elements, most of the film takes place in the two flats of the main characters.
Thus, the characters are all ambitious, evil and selfish, all have an uncontrollable passion for money, or for valuable paintings, and all will do anything to get them, even kill.
Being mostly set in a flat and with some characters sneaking into another house, we could perhaps classify this film within the sub-genre of ¨Home invasion.
Apparently the film was shot between Thailand (which is why it was shot by Thai cameraman Wych Kaosayananda) and the U.S. The film was written/produced/directed by Paul Tomasy.
Directorial debut of writer/producer Paul Tamasy, who also wrote this screenplay.
One good thing is that it is not predictable, because who has the courage to imagine all the actions to come.
