We are in the presence of a satire on the political class that mocks the ineptitude and pathos of the leaders of different countries in the midst of the G7 summit. It also brings into play the role of the AI, all with the same critical eye, chancero.

During the presentation of the characters and while they try to write a statement on the world crisis (without dropping an idea), the best passages of the film emerge, those in which humor comes to fruition thanks to its freshness and timing.

And here a lot has to do with the actors, among which I highlight, mainly, Ménochet (always give it to me, the guy fulfills ten points in any role he plays).

After those first thirty minutes, 'Rumours' begins to get lost more than the protagonists themselves in the middle of the forest and I feel that it becomes a bland comedy, which only in small stretches of the denouement recovers a little spark, something that makes me perceive it wasted, but ultimately acceptable, with just enough.

The film is not bad, it has good actors and the intrigue it poses keeps you attentive until the end. It has an ending consistent with what we have seen before and has good actors in the cast.

That said, it is not what I expected and I think that seeing what they wanted to achieve with the film, I would have given it another approach.

The plots of some actors seem so weird that it makes me think they are bad actors, the representative of the European Union, Canada, Germany, France... all the big shots of the movie have serious characters but they try to be romantic, funny... in some moments they succeed, but in many others they don't.

Sort:

but in many others they don't.

This thing puts me off so badly 😅. Scenes like that, I get to see the display as childish and if I'm opportuned with the control, I'd forward it
