Alex Rose is trying to find a direction for her life. Her boyfriend is a nice guy who dropped out of school and is trying to finish his video game. She has a good job within her mother's (Connie Britton) successful company.
When her mother dies, she is surprised not to inherit the company. Instead, her mother finds the “bucket list” Alex wrote when she was 13, and asks her to complete it.
Based on the novel by Lori Nelson Spielman director Adam Brooks directs and writes a script that comes together as each detail enters the screen.

While the film may be a bit longer than it needs to be, once you're into it, it doesn't really feel overdone, largely because of the connection to the main character, who sustains the film for much of its journey.
The director uses the functional clichés of this genre and adds some subtlety to make this drama really captivate the viewer, which at the end of the journey is quite successful because in some aspect of the film you feel identified as a viewer.
Actress Sofia Carson once again demonstrates her connection with the streaming giant and once again becomes its queen with another film that leaves good feelings.
A new drama where the actress and singer shines with her style and charisma great point that acquires the actress when it comes to differentiate all her sentimental moments along the journey that runs.
Her chemistry with Kyle Allen brings a lot of entertainment and also romanticism, both interpreters allow us to believe what they are living and feeling. Then we find the rest of the cast that has good moments and other more low moments, but in summary they do a good job.
It is not a milestone film, but it does give what fans want from a genre they are looking to see and it knows that very well, the film that provides everything one can look for from a type of film like the one they are giving us.
It has more satisfying moments than others, but in its final run it is a neat film, well directed, with a nice photography and a soundtrack that accompanies plus the inclusion of a message that will leave no one indifferent.
