Greetings!
How are you all? I hope you're doing well.
STORY OF MOVIE
The movie begins with a party at Cambridge University, where they start the conversation by stating that Jane is a Christian who believes in God. On the other hand, Stephen is a cosmologist, which is what they call the study of the universe, and he is an atheist.
One day, when Stephen was completing a task with the rest of his classmates, his professor asked him 10 questions, but out of the entire class, only Stephen had answered nine of the 10 questions. Seeing this, the professor realized Steven was a capable student but did not pay attention to his work. So he called Steven aside and showed him a room in which the desk of J. J. Thomson, who had discovered electrons, was located, along with Rutherford, who had proposed the theory of splitting the atom. By giving examples of both, he wanted to make Stephen realize that if you work hard, you too can invent something like him. This dialogue from his professor inspired Stephen a lot.
The beginning of their love was when they went to their university's May ball dance party, where Stephen and Jane had a romantic dance under the stars and fireworks.
One day, Stephen attended a lecture from a professor about black holes. The professor said that black holes are often formed by stars that have exhausted their fuel and collapsed. While listening to this lecture, Stephen thought of a new idea. He wondered if the entire universe somehow started from a black hole. This was a very big and new thought or idea that showed Stephen the path of his research. Following this path, Stephen started developing his theories about the universe, time, and space. But at the same time, a very big thing opened up to him. When he was researching on this, his body was becoming very weak, which was due to a disease. He went to the doctor and the doctor told him that he had a disease in which his body would stop working, that is, the muscles in the body that were the movement manuals. There are muscles involved in eating, drinking, and breathing, and those muscles will not work properly. Stephen asked if my brain would work properly. The doctor replied that the brain would work properly, but you would not be able to convey the thoughts that are going through your mind to people. People would not be able to understand what you are saying.
After the disease was discovered, the doctor said that Stephen would only live for two years, but upon learning this, Jane went to Stephen and asked him about it. Stephen isolated himself and stopped talking to anyone, but Jane convinced him and told him that they would both get married, and they did. After that, Stephen became even more serious about his research, and Jane's love and their marriage bond showed how they supported each other with love after marriage, and Jane's love filled a new color in their lives.
After some time, Jane rejoins the church to bring some change in her life, where she meets Jonathan, who used to teach singing there. Jane becomes a very good friend of him and she invites him to her home. Jonathan gradually becomes her family friend, and slowly Jantan and Jane start developing feelings for each other, but both of them control this thing because Jane is already married to Stephen. Jantan is shown here as a gentle and supportive person, and he is shown to be struggling emotionally for Jane.
In the end, Stephen gives Jane the opportunity to marry Jonathan and he himself goes to America. In the last scene of this movie, they both stand in the garden and see their three children smiling and laughing. It is very emotional. This movement sums up the entire movie. When they first met, their marriage, then Steven's illness and all the difficulties they faced together. And then it shows.
Stephen and Jane's paths diverged, but their love and respect will always remain. It also reminds us that time always moves forward, but memories stay with us. In this scene, Stephen's own theory of concepts of time and space has a beautiful touch, which gives the movie a perfect ending.
What Makes It Special
The sensational and essential thing about this movie was Stephen's character's expression and his physical touch. It didn't feel like watching a movie anywhere, rather in a whole movie, I realized that this is a real-life story and the actor who is acting in it is a real character. It was prodigious acting. I highly appreciate the actors' efforts, apart from that, Jane's character has a lot of patience, courage, support, love, and many other factors that are probably very rare in an ordinary person. Seeing Jane's character gives me motivation. If she wanted, she could have left Stephen, but she appreciated Stephen in every moment of her life, and supported him in every difficulty. This is the characteristic of a good wife.
In our lives, we have come a long way from the things I saw in this movie. I thought that now in our lives, such relationships have ended we want more than ourselves. This story is not just about a scientist, but about a human being who has humanity in him. He realizes that if someone is fulfilling his need, then it is also your responsibility to realize it and take care of her.
I was very surprised how when a person completely gives up hope in life, life gives him things he never even imagined without asking for them.
Ratings
I'd like to give this film a five-star rating because of the excellent acting.
It shows the life of a common man in a very simple way and the problems of life are presented exquisitely. It also opens up the frustrations that make us bored with our lives. I highly recommend this movie to you. If you need inspiration or motivation, when you feel completely empty, then you must watch this movie. You will notice that many people around you are doing a lot for you, but you don't understand what they mean to you.
Stay tuned, stay blessed
