I haven't watched any of the Cobra Kai. My wife hasn't been that interested in it, so I haven't made it a priority. I've heard it's really good though. This reboot. I don't know if I will watch it either.
Oh not a fan of the series? Cobra Kai is really a lot of fun, but at least for the first season and possibly the second, you have to be a fan of the movies to get into it.
Oh I gotcha. If she likes the movies then I'd say she will love Cobra Kai. It is good in its own right, but it is also a love letter to fans of the movies.
I personally don't like the sequel of any classic. I have heard about Cobra Kai but didn't watch it for that very reason. After reading you, seems like I need to give it a try.

We never even gave it a shot. She likes the movies so much that she is afraid the series would ruin it for her.
