One of the aims of making movies is to connect with the audience and give them what they want but many directors and producers have failed to do that in the film they released. Some of them pick a famous artist, make a movie, and bank on their popularity for the movie to do well in the market but guess what, if you are not giving the fans what they want then you can watch your movie yourself. One of the reasons why "Sonic the movie" the so well is because the producers and directors listened to what the fans wanted. The case is not the same for the movie "Elevation" because it has a bad plot and it was quite hard to understand making it an unenjoyable movie.

When you see this poster, with the kind of movies the producers already made like "A Quiet Place" and "The Purge" your expectation of the movie will be so high but it was a disappointment for me.
I will try not to give too much spoiler but I will give you my review.
Firstly, the main character of the movie is Anthony Mackie, our famous guy from "Captain America: Civil War" and "Avengers"
Firstly the movie started off well with a child running from a monster which can't go beyond 8,000ft above and the reason was unknown till the end of the movie. Some of them assume it was something planned by the creators of the monsters.
Who created them? What is their origin? There was no answer to that even till the end of the movie. All we know is that they started coming from under the ground one day, there was no scene to talk about how ithappenedn, how it started. All we know is that 90% of the human population have been eradicated. So who discovered they can't go above 8,000ft.
Another thing I don't like about the movie is the casting. I am not saying movies should be filled with uncountable number of people but there are some scenes that made no sense. Like the time of her death.

The CGI effect too was poor, making it feel like the movie was not properly plan and it lack the funding it needs to make it a proper movie.
The poor character development was something else but one thing I believe is that if they are going to be making a second part, its going to be better than the first part.
Rating and Recommendation.
The movie is a bit interesting but I am not going to recommend it for people who love action movie because they might be disappointed. You might take your time to watch it but it's not an highly recommended movie, probably that why people didn't hear much about it. If I am to rate it, I would give it 3.5/10 or 4/10 at most.

Very annoying when you see one of your favorite actor in a movie and the movie is crap.

Ahhh that's too bad, even with the popular actors and supposed nice movies in the past, they messed this one up.
The title isn't catchy either and it's impossible to enjoy movie we don't understand.
Yeah. I was so confuse the first time I was watching it I slept off but I had to finish it just for this review. producers think if they put popular actors in their movie, the movie will sell and that's not how the industry work.

This is same thing I heard about Hellbound season 2, this has made to watch it yet. Like I can't be stressing mysm brain to understand a movie 😅
Productors and directors are very funny sometimes. They don't understand that every actor already have a niche and if they want to keep the actor relevant, they have to keep on with that trend. Take Dwayn for example. After Jumaji and other, he continue making movies that showed him to be that strong mighty man that is there to help and this is what people love about him. He will be starring in moana movie according to what I heard.
For Hellbound, I haven't heard about it but I will do my findings.
The Dwayne guy, he should be taking it easy too on movies he stars in.

Wow 3/10 is really very poor, I guess the writers of this movie didn't care about character development and good cgi or maybe they just didn't have enough budget.
Maybe all this factors are what cause the movie to be like this
