I didn't watch Alice in Borderlands but this one was really bad. But I know they want to make more money so they should left something for 3rd season.

That's also what it felt like to me, the 1st season too big of a success out of nowhere that it was too good of an opportunity to milk some more money out of it.
If you loved the first Squid Game season, you should check out Alice In Boarderlands. The setup is very similar with games where you either live and move on or die but it's so much better and the story is fully finished after 2 season with a satisfying ending and so many great orginal games especially in the 2nd season.

Thanks for your great comment, yes, a friend of mine recommended this series and said it was similar to Squid Game. I'll have to watch it to see how similar it is and to say if it's better or not. I will share my thoughts after watching it.
