Peaky Blinders

Hello to all filmmaker friends of this community, long time no visit but not disconnected from streaming platforms, and today I want to take the opportunity to tell you about a series that I could see on Netflix that hooked me from the first chapter, called Peaky Blinders is a mixture of action, drama and suspense, which I love and suspense and the best based on real events, is a bit long has 6 seasons.

Many agree that maybe the first two chapters are slow and someone may commit a crime and think it's boring and leave it, but that's not the case. The chapters are an introduction and a historical review, and then as chapter after chapter happens, you get hooked and want to see the next chapter and the next chapter, and so on and so forth. Don't expect to watch a series like a bunch of ghosts these days, and don't think it's all about simple thugs throwing daggers and shooting stupidly, Peaky Blinders is so much more than that. I can't wait for season 6 to come out, thanks to Cillian Murphy for playing his role so well at the last minute. I didn't want to finish it, I finished it and loved it from start to finish.
I love how they named Aunt Polly in season 6 and kept her presence even after her death, definitely a much missed character.
Season 6 is over, great.

Peaky blinders, is about a family of English military out of service around the first world war, it all starts in a small town in England called Birmingham, where this family began his reign organizing illegal horse races, little by little they were growing in the world of the mafia becoming increasingly recognized. Each season that passes narrates each illicit business including whiskey smuggling, opium trafficking, scams, extortion and how they evolve and become very wealthy based on illegal business.

Now let's talk about "Tia Polly", an excellent and very important character in the series since she is a great advisor to the leader of the gang and protagonist of the series "Tommy Shelby". During the series we can see how her advice could totally change the course of a scene to the point of leaving the viewer astonished and wanting to see more exploits of this group of gangsters.
